Investing with Precision and Purpose
A UAE-based family office focused on disciplined capital deployment and long-term value creation.
About Us
OSG International is a privately held family office established in 2022 to identify, acquire, and develop high-return opportunities within the United Arab Emirates.
We concentrate on receivables management, distressed debt, and special-situation real estate - sectors that reward insight, control, and decisive action. Our mandate is clear: to multiply capital through disciplined investment, operational precision and measured risk.
We operate quietly and purposefully, combining analytical rigor with a long-term perspective grounded in responsibility and discretion.
Our Approach
OSG International invests in opportunities where complexity or dislocation creates value. We target unpaid receivables, non-performing loans and under-managed real estate, applying structured analysis, clear performance metrics, and direct engagement at every stage.
Our methods are active, our orientation strategic. Every decision is guided by focus, discipline, and execution—turning inefficiency into advantage and potential into realized value.
Our
Portfolio
OSG International maintains operating and affiliate interests across three primary sectors of the UAE market.
Each business operates under the strategic oversight of OSG International, upholding the same principles that define us: focus, discipline, and execution.
Receivables Management
A regulated platform delivering professional recovery and restructuring solutions to corporates, SMEs, and financial institutions.
Distressed Debt Investment
Acquisition and pursuit of non-performing or impaired debt positions, structured for yield and value realization.
OSG PROPERTIES
OSGI owns and leases a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, including the acquisition and turnaround of under-performing or defaulted property assets with strong repositioning potential.
